Performance Strength & Conditioning (AKA – Dryland Training)

Whatever sport you’re in, triathlon, swimming, running, etc. in order to perform your best you need strength and athleticism.

In addition to being able to perform when you need it on race day, you also have to practice consistently. Our strength and conditioning programs help to keep you in the game.

Designed specifically for the demands of your sport, our programs work on each athletes needs to help them get stronger, improve mobility, and perform their best in racing and in life!  

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, Coach Jeff Boyer guides you with over 28 years of practical experience to help you achieve your goals!

Individual: Team Barracuda Athletes

Single session: $95
or 10 sessions: $900

Non-members

Single session: $125
or 10 sessions: $1200

Small Group (2 or 3 athletes):

Single session – $75/ea.
or 10 sessions – $750/ea.
